Bathford is a beautiful village situated 3 miles east of the world heritage city of Bath. We are the perfect location to explore both the city and the country .
Must sees are The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey and Pultney Bridge. The Thermae Spa is located in the centre of Bath and is a must do for those visiting Bath for its famous springs.

We are lucky to have 4 Golf Courses, tennis courts, horse riding, ballooning, boating and cycle hire within 4 miles. Walking and running are also perfect from this location. Further afield are Lacock, Castle Combe, Stonehenge and Avebury; great days out ! .. read more below.

We are lucky to have an 18th Century Inn next door which is available for lunch and evening meals. Also nearby is The Swan Inn; locally know for its stunning views and chains holding it to the side of the hill, The Fox and Hounds, en-route to the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon and The Kings Arms, 5 minutes drive to Monkton Farleigh.

We have a bus stop outside our gates, which allows you to travel in and out of Bath every 20 minutes. Bath is renowned for its shops and fashion. There is a magnificent Christmas market during the first week of December. We are perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle after a busy day shopping.
